The weekend of October 24th through 26th brought a really nice group of people to the Inn. We shared in anniversaries, birthdays, and family get-to-gethers. What a great past weekend! The Wellfleet Oyster Fest was just great! We all went and had a wonderful time with fresher than fresh oysters, shrimp, lobster rolls, Winslow's Tavern famous Bloody Mary's, children's festivities, live music, and quite an array of craft items. It really was a lot of fun -- in spite of the wind. However, that doesn't stop a New Englander from having a good time -- you just layer on more clothes and continue to have fun. The marsh is changing colors with golden waves of marsh grass, white flowering bushes and dabs of red here and there. When the sun shines on the marsh it is a photo opportunity not to be missed. October 4 and 5, 2008 CCMA will take part in the festivities in the town of Dennis during the first Annual Cape Cod Fall for the Arts Festival. Fall for the Arts is a new regional arts festival presented by the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod and Cape Cod VIEW magazine featuring family friendly performances and exhibitions in the towns of Falmouth, Dennis and Hyannis throughout the weekend.
