This is a very special place with your comfort and exercise regime in mind.  No matter the weather, you can pamper your mind and body, keep up with your physical activity, and stay in shape.  Work out in our air-conditioned fitness facility with cardiovascular and weight training equipment -- treadmill, elliptical trainer, recumbent bicycle, and Bowflex system.   Benefit from the heated, in-door resistance pool, where you swim against the current – you pick how strong you want the current to be.  When you have completed your workout, relax, Swedish style, in our Sauna.  Rejuvenate in the dry heat and feel the relaxation seeping into your system.  Hot tub your preference?  We have it all including Wii Fitness and Games.

We recommend that appointments be made in advance.  We suggest that they be made at the same time lodging is reserved.  This will ensure desired services and times.  A credit card number is required to guarantee all appointments.

If you need to cancel you spa appointment, please let us know 24 hours prior to the appointment time.  Failure to do so will result in the full service rate charged to your account.  During holiday times 48 hours notice is required.  If you are running late, a call would be appreciated and the late time will be deducted from your appointment time.  The appointment following yours can then begin on time.
